Orange Love
To celebrate our new Level 3 status, may we suggest a zesty start to the upcoming weekend made with a dash of LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW’s oh-so-versatile Salty Liquorice Syrup.
The Orange Love cocktail is a fresh taste explosion of fruity notes from raspberry, blackberry and lime. The acidity and sweetness get a powerful contrast from tequila and salty liquorice syrup.
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cl Salty Liquorice Syrup
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup
• 2 raspberries
• 2 blackberries
• 5 cl tequila
• 2 cl lime
Organic syrup made from cane sugar, salt and raw liquorice with an intense and yet harmonious flavour. It gives ice cream, desserts and sweet fruits a kick and can also be used for marinades and pastries. It tastes fantastic on top of a good blue cheese.
DIRECTIONS
All ingredients are shaken well. The cocktail is served over ice cubes in a lowball glass and decorated with a slice of orange, mint and white chocolate.
