Nature is our most important supplier, and we adore the treats that the wild nordic nature offers us throughout the year. Good things take time, and this year's BÆRRIES editions are a tribute to the taste of late summer, where we take our time to go into nature and gather blueberries and sea buckthorn in our wicker baskets. We adore the sweet taste of the wile blueberries that appear in the forest rug as well as the tangy and citrusy flavour from sea buckthorn, which turns the bushes along the coasts into a wildfire of colour.
